Email support@wordtree.app. Include your handle, your phone model and what happened.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. This can't be undone.

Your profile, handle and games are deleted within seven days. Scores on leaderboards stay, but without your name. No app? See deleting your account to ask by email.

Restore a purchase

Go to Settings → Store → Restore purchases. Purchases belong to your Apple or Google account, so they carry over to a new phone signed in to the same account.

Report a player

Use the report button on their profile or leaderboard entry. Reports include the game, so I can check the moves behind the score.

Wrong score

Email me your handle and which board it was. If the score in the app doesn't match the leaderboard, that's a bug and I want to know about it.

Upgrading from WordTree 1

WordTree 2 is an update to the same app. Your streak, best Daily score and history carry over automatically the first time you open it.
